• Dieter Krieg's radical approach to painting caused a stir as early as the 1960s.
• Impasto and colorful work by one of the most influential representatives of New Figuration.
• In 1978 exhibited at the German Pavilion during the Venice Biennale.
• Krieg taught at the Karlsruhe Art Academy, the Städelschule in Frankfurt am Main, and the Düsseldorf Art Academy.

Edition manus Presse, Stuttgart. Hans Braun Collection, Baden-Württemberg (acquired from the above in 1990)
In good condition, color in fine impression. A small color flaking (approx. 8mm) in the upper center of the image. The condition report was compiled in daylight and with the help of a UV light source and to the best of our knowledge and belief.
