- A particularly dynamic drawing that brings the special atmosphere of the majestic mountain landscape to life. - In the year of its creation, Heckel's landscape depictions show the Allgäu, Mittenwald and the Karwendel mountains. - In the 1920s, Heckel succeeded in establishing himself in the German museum landscape, his works found their way into public collections and he even participated in the selection committee for the Kronprinzenpalais in Berlin.
