- Made in Dresden at the "Brücke" heyday: at the corner of Löbtauer and Roßthaler-Straße. - Popular "Brücke" motif, Kirchner also depicted these streets with the typical houses. - Made in what Gerhard Wietek called the "woodcut year" 1909, when works characterized by an unusual conciseness came into existence.
