"Sinnieren über Schmutz" is a project that the artist created between 1976 and 78 together with the writer and psychoanalyst Alexander Mitscherlich. It appeared as a publication with a text by Mitscherlich and lithographs by Tàpies. The present work is a design for the cover of the publication.

Condition: Minimally discoloured at the edges. Slight crease along the right edge. Occasional minimal creases. Slight rubbing in the lower two corners. Traces of the creation process and remnants of an old mounting verso. Otherwise in good condition.
