Overall very good condition. Faint mat rubbing along edges of sheet visible in raking light when removed from window mat. A few scattered surface abrasions in the background of image. Edge chipping and bumps to the corners. Sheet is cornered to a window mat and framed under acrylic measuring 19-1/2 x 16-1/2 inches.
