Overall very good condition. An approximate 1/4 inch tear along left edge, not visible through window mat. Some hard creasing adjacent to the tear as well. A few areas of retouching to the pipe and in bottom right corner, visible upon closer inspection. Edge chipping and bumps to the corners. Sheet is cornered to a 22-1/2 x 18-1/2 inches. Not framed.
