Overall very good condition. Scattered crazing and some minor areas of retouching visible in raking light and closer inspection. Handling creases and a minor loss to the top left corner of the sheet. Sheet curls very slightly at the top edges. Edge chipping and bumps to the corners. Sheet is cornered to a 17 x 14 inch window mat, not framed.
