Two areas of skinning appear in upper left margin and upper right margin (largest area is 1/2"). Lower left corner appears slightly bumped. Sheet exhibits vestiges of hinge tape along all verso corners. Verso of sheet exhibits stray marks throughout. Sheet is loose.
