Attributed to the circle of the 'Master of the Koula Beaker', of thick-walled tapering cylindrical shape, each side reserved with a circular landscape panel, one depicting a gentleman carrying a pole with a skeleton behind him within a frame inscribed 'Es ist alles eitel' (Everything is vanity), the reverse with the Green Lion seated holding the globus cruciger, beneath a radiant sun and an arm issuing from a cloud, within a frame inscribed 'Was unter der sonnen ist' (What is under the sun), the sides with elaborate acanthus scrollwork, 10.8cm high
