In overall good condition commensurate of age and use; scattered knicks and impressions observed to wood throughout; two cracks observed to gilt wood at top of back of chair; some areas of wear and loose threads throughout; area of discoloration and 2-3/4 inch tear on proper right of cushion; 1-1/2 inch stabilized tear to proper left side of chair. Seat height: 24 inches
