Print presents well with strong lines. The condition of the work is consistent with its age. A few extremely small, scattered marks of foxing. Moderate toning to sheet with accretions/wear primarily evident in corners/along edges; some localized areas of staining primarily evident lower left. A small (1/4") liquid stain in the lower knot of the central figure's hairpiece with some minor bleeding evident in the black ink. Moderate handling dents/creasing; a horizontal fold line present. Some discoloration/bleeding evident in the ink used on the shadows of the vivid orange areas, likely inherent to the medium. Two areas of hinge tape residue on verso upper corners. Henri Vever's collector mark in red ink, lower right corner recto. Unframed. No tears or losses observed.
